I am on vacation and so this seems like a great time to remind you to check out some videos from the past that you may have missed. Check out these two great (imho) options:

1. Self-care – get some down time! Do something fun! Get some sleep! Take a vacation (like I'm doing)!

2. Let it go – delegate, automate, prioritize

3. Connect with your peers who totally “GET” where you’re coming from. Sometimes there’s tremendous relief in knowing you’re not alone – and in having a team of people helping to solve your biggest problems – while you help them in return. Maybe join a peer group to help surround yourself with smart supportive peers.
